AMERICA SHOULD PIVOT TO WIN IN THE MIDDLE EAST

President’s Trump ‘America First’ agenda encourages us to seek  “Peace Through Strength” and to “Win, Win, Win.” When negotiations fail, wars must be won quickly and decisively. In America’s negotiations, disputes should be settled fairly and always favorably to its self-interests in the short and long term. America should encourage local allies to defend themselves and call for help only when crucially required.

As an example, Israel, with America’s assistance, completed a 12-day war (Phase 1) with Iran. The Israeli Air Force executed 95% of the bombing attacks, using mostly American weapons.

Earlier, Israel defeated the Iranian Lebanese proxy, the Hezbollah. Victorious Israel agreed to a ceasefire agreement and continued to enforce it, as the much weakened Hezbollah had violated the ceasefire more than 1,200 times.

These victories evoke the idea that now is the time to pivot American foreign policy in the Middle East from seeking to compromise, to focus on winning. But how?

Here are some suggestions:

1) America should support Israel’s enforcement of the ceasefire with Iran by foiling all Iranian attempts to resupply and rearm itself, either by producing or importing nuclear materials, missiles, drones, surface-to-air missiles, or other weapons.

2) America should pressure its British, French, and German allies to ‘snap back’ Iranian sanctions from the failed JCPAO nuclear agreement before they expire on October 15.

3) America should bomb the Houthis in Yemen until they stop attacking all commercial shipping in the Red Sea, because the  American military is responsible for protecting the freedom of navigation throughout the world.

4) America should encourage Federalism in Syria to protect the nearly 50% of the population represented by minorities, including Druze, Christian, Kurdish, Alawite, and Yazidis, from attacks by radical Sunni forces associated with the new Islamist government in power. America should support Israel’s efforts to protect these minorities.

5) America should support Israel’s plan to move the population of Gaza to the south, away from Israeli borders, and separate the population from Hamas terrorists. This would facilitate a safer distribution of humanitarian aid, as well as a safer exit from Gaza, per President Trump’s suggestion.

6) America should pressure Turkey (a NATO member) to stop funding the Islamist government in Syria. It should also denounce Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit last month to Turkey’s illegally occupied Northern Cyprus, where he ”celebrated” Turkey’s 1974 invasion and continuing occupation of that part of the island.

7) America should demand that Qatar pressure Hamas to release immediately, without any condition, all remaining Israeli hostages, dead and alive.

America should also demand that Qatar stop funding all Muslim Brotherhood organizations worldwide and terminate al Jazeera activities, including broadcasting, publishing, and social media in all languages.

8) America should sanction rogue UN leaders and agencies that promote and fund incitement, that inevitably leads to the killing of Christians and Jews around the world.

9) America should pressure and sanction European leaders, particularly in UK and France, for human rights violations, by tolerating and refusing to protect their 90% Christian and Jewish population from violent minorities of Islamo-Nazi Death Cults. These Death Cult members should be arrested, punished, and deported.

Concerning Israel:

10) America should sanction out-of-control members of the Israeli Supreme Court and ministerial department Attorneys General, who constantly undermine the legally elected Israeli government, thereby impairing the government and military efforts to protect Israeli and American interests.

For similar reasons, America should encourage Israel to finally apply sovereignty to the 60% of Judea-Samaria covered in Area C by the Oslo Accords. This is where the Palestinian Authority (PA) has illegally built 100,000 houses, thereby impairing Israel’s ability to protect itself. In fact, America should encourage Israel to apply sovereignty to 100% of Judea and Samaria, in order to protect the Jews, Muslims, and Christians who live there, from Islamic terror organizations.

These changes would quickly turn America’s foreign policy from appeasement and undue compromise into winning and victory, fulfilling President Trump’s America First agenda.

It is time for President Trump to push aside elements within his Administration that are subverting his America First agenda. It’s finally time to win.
