John Guandolo is a 1989 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and served in combat as a Marine Infantry & Reconnaissance officer. He entered the FBI in 1996 as a Special Agent serving in the criminal division for 5 years, then moved to the Counterterrorism Division after 9/11.
In 2006, Mr. Guandolo created and implemented the FBI’s first Counterterrorism Training Program specifically addressing the threat from the Global Islamic Movement. While in the FBI, he received two (2) United States Attorney’s Awards for Investigative Excellence.
Mr. Guandolo was recruited out of the FBI in 2008 to serve in the Department of Defense conducting strategic analysis on the Islamic & Communist movements in the United States.
Today he continues this work in the private sector training communities how to identify and flush out hostile communist and Islamic networks. He is the co-author of Sharia: The Threat to America, and author of Raising a Jihadi Generation and Islam’s Deception: The Truth About Sharia.
