Working with the DIA and CIA’s National Clandestine Service, she has led “red” teams during war games and delivered intelligence assessments of Russia’s war-fighting strategy and Russian President Vladimir Putin’s plans and intentions. U.S. military commanders have called her a “national asset,” and she received the National Intelligence Professional Award. In her seminal book, Putin’s Playbook: Russia’s Secret Plan to Defeat America, Rebekah predicted Putin’s invasion of Ukraine and described Russian war-fighting strategy and Moscow’s strategic ambitions.
